For Standard Packages

  1. After weighing the package and checking the contents, the JE& La Boutique staff will register the package on your My Page. You will be sent an automatic email notifying you when the package has been registered.
    * Packages that arrive at our warehouse in the evening will be registered the following business day. Please be aware that there may be a delay between the time the package arrives at our warehouse and the time it appears on your My Page.
  2. Please check the package information on your ‘My Page’.The item information is displayed on the invoice when the package is shipped internationally, so please make any changes as necessary.
  3. Pay the shipping charges from your My Page.
    * Your package will not be shipped until you have paid the remaining shipping fees. Please take care not to forget this step of the process.
  4. The package is shipped out to you after the payment has been processed

For Consolidated Packages

  • 1. After weighing the package and checking the contents, JE& La Boutique staff will register the package on your My Page. You will be sent an automatic email notifying you when the package has been registered.
  • 2. * Packages that arrive at our warehouse in the evening will be registered the following business day. Please be aware that there may be a delay between the time the package arrives at our warehouse and the time it appears on your My Page.
  • 3. Check the item information for your package and make any changes necessary.
  • 4. Make sure that all the packages you wish to consolidate are shown on your My Page. Place a checkmark next to each package that you wish to group together and apply for the Package Consolidation Service.
  • 5. JE& La Boutique staff will consolidate your packages the following business day.
  • *After consolidation, the new package will be registered on your My Page where you can check the new weight and shipping price. We will send you a notification email when the new package has been registered.
  • 6. Pay the shipping charges from your My Page.
  • * Your package will not be shipped until you have paid the remaining shipping fees. Please take care not to forget this step of the process.
  • 7. The package is shipped out to you after the payment has been processed.

For Packages with Protective Packaging

  • 1. After weighing the package and checking the contents, JE& La Boutique staff will register the package on your My Page. You will be sent an automatic email notifying you when the package has been registered.
  • * Packages that arrive at our warehouse in the evening will be registered the following business day. Please be aware that there may be a delay between the time the package arrives at our warehouse and the time it appears on your My Page.
  • 3. Check the item information for your package and make any changes necessary.
  • 4. Place a checkmark next to each package that you wish to have securely padded and apply for the Protective Packaging Service.
  • 5. JE& La Boutique staff will re-pack your package securely the following business day.
  • After completing protective packaging, our system will send you an automatic email to you when this work was completed, and you will be able to check the new weight and shipping price in your My Page.
  • 6. Pay the shipping charges from your My Page.
  • * Your package will not be shipped until you have paid the remaining shipping fees. Please take care not to forget this step of the process.
  • 7. The package is shipped out to you after the payment has been processed.
